Responsible for the establishment and management of TikTok's product quality and efficiency system. Through the construction of core metrics, process control, and data analysis, gain insight into product quality risks and efficiency issues in the R&D process, integrate surrounding resources, develop feasible improvement plans, and promote optimization and implementation to improve quality and efficiency. 2. Responsible for the governance and operation of TikTok product online accidents. By improving the accident review and improvement follow-up process, analyzing the overall accidents, abstracting special optimization points, and promoting the construction of relevant parties, the goal of reducing accidents can be achieved. 3. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, 3 years or more of testing and R&D work experience, experience in Internet quality management and quality operations is preferred 2. Understand software development, testing, release and other processes, and have certain experience in optimizing and promoting processes 3. Have good communication and collaboration skills, problem analysis and promotion skills, and have certain project management experience 4.
