Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of Douyin business line quality tool platform, including but not limited to accident process, measurement construction, change process, demand process, etc. 2. Combine business goals and break them down into executable product/operation paths, and collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to efficiently obtain interim results 3. Deeply explore user needs and feedback, complete user/business research, demand collection, part of the product operation work, etc., to promote continuous iteration and optimization of products 4. Participate in the key quality process operation of Douyin and enhance the team's quality awareness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer or related professional background, more than 3 years of Internet project management, product construction and quality operation experience is preferred 2. Have good product & operation thinking, data-driven analysis and decision-making ability, good at discovering and finding the best solution to promote problem solving 3. Have problem abstraction ability, insight and global perspective, project and accident review experience, data analysis experience is preferred 4. Have strong communication and expression skills, horizontal collaboration ability, good cooperation spirit and high sense of responsibility 5. Be responsible, work proactively, patiently and meticulously, and have excellent driving ability and execution.
