Find and solve the root causes of quality problems by using tools, procedures and equipment.
Ensure that products are delivered according to the correct product quality.
Carry out ALPS quality management work with high priority.
Test raw materials, production batches and finished products to meet specification standards by using standard (quality) procedures.
Support the implementation of new test methods and testing of new products, including quality-critical tests and predictive test methods.
Report non-conformance to specifications and procedures in a timely manner: issue suspension reports and subsequent corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain accurate and traceable QC records.
Verify customer complaints, implement corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement measures.
Actively participate in the company's related activities to improve its quality management system.
Understand and ensure that all activities comply with the company's HSE&S policies, relevant standards and guidelines.
Be familiar with and comply with all applicable company and site and laboratory policies/procedures involving personal behavior, HSE and Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.
Complete other work assigned by the company or superior.
Technical secondary school degree or above, chemistry or chemical engineering education background is preferred.
Have basic English reading and writing skills.
Good office software operation skills, such as using excel for data analysis and making PPT.
At least 2 years of QC work experience in the chemical industry.
Able to write test reports and complete work independently.
Familiar with the operation and maintenance of ISO and TS16949 systems.
Sensitive to colors, able to understand/distinguish colors, and have good color adjustment skills.
