Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the OQC & QA business within the factory, analyze the OQC & / client quality performance, promote quality improvement activities and effect tracking within the factory, and organize them into written reports
2. Responsible for the quality management of OEM factories, promote the improvement of raw material quality, process quality and shipment quality of OEM factories, and regularly promote the establishment and audit of OEM factory systems
3. Responsible for the formulation and management of inspection benchmarks for production models within the factory, and responsible for promoting the improvement of inspection capabilities of inspection personnel / equipment within the factory.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in electronics, communications, mechanical automation, chemistry, materials and other science and engineering related majors
2. More than 3 years of QA related work experience in semiconductor/display industry
3. Proficiency in relevant quality management tools, such as QC7 tools, 5Why, 8D, PDCA/DMAIC, etc.
4. Those with certain knowledge and experience in display screen production flow and process control are preferred
5. Other requirements: Have a strong sense of responsibility, a stable mentality, good re-learning ability, good at communication and teamwork, and strong stress resistance.
