Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor the quality conditions such as production yield and pass rate in the factory. If any quality problems occur, timely feedback to the factory, assist in analysis, promote improvement, and confirm the effect.
2. Pay attention to the production yield of the product on the client side, confirm the defect analysis and summarize the data every day, feedback the yield status to the factory in time, and convene a meeting in the factory to review and improve when necessary.
3. Lead the analysis of customer-side quality issues, contact relevant departments in the factory to hold meetings and reviews, confirm the implementation status and improvement effects of improvement measures, track closed loops, and summarize 8D reports.
4. Formulate quality-related inspection standards and system documents such as CP and SIP.
5. Regularly conduct MSA measurement system analysis, inspection personnel training and GR&R analysis.
6. Monitor process SPC data, feedback abnormalities and promote improvement.
7. Communicate with customers on quality and service, and quickly resolve customer needs.
8. Promote continuous improvement of product quality.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
1. More than 3 years of quality-related work experience in the backlight/automotive industry
2. Familiar with the customer complaint handling process and good at writing 8D reports
3. Proficient in operating five major tools such as statistical analysis software (Minitab), APQP, and PPAP
4. Familiar with the operation of quality processes such as ISO/IATF16949
5. Familiar with VDA6.3/6.5 related audit knowledge.
Required major: Science and engineering majors (optoelectronics and instrumentation majors are preferred)

Language requirements: College English level 4 and above
