Job Responsibilities
1. Independent Execution
1. Write instructions, personnel training logs, etc., and conduct inspector certification
2. Be responsible for quality management, process quality & shipment quality management, in-factory improvement of client problems, solution and integration of closed-loop management quality problems
3. New line quality certification, on-site audits, formulation and update of quality goals
4. Participate in projects and complete quality management work within projects
2. Collaborative Execution
1. Assist R&D, procurement, production and other related departments to establish and optimize internal quality management processes
2. Participate in cross-departmental projects and assist in promoting the horizontal integration of quality standards
3. Independent Analysis
1. Independently analyze quality data with clear logic, find out the root cause, and output executable solutions
4. Proposal Writing
1. Complete the sorting/optimization of the workflow of the module you are responsible for, and form intellectual capital precipitation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Work experience:
More than 4 years of work experience, experience in LED display industry is preferred
Required majors: Safety science and engineering, automation, industrial engineering, physics, statistics, mathematics, mechanics, chemistry, materials, electrical, electronic information, energy and power, environmental science and engineering, machinery, computer, transportation, instrumentation, management science and engineering
