Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the management of mall traffic resources, including diversion resources, user rights and interests, and mall activity resources. From the perspective of traffic introduction and distribution, cooperate with the homepage products and search and guessing products, optimize user strategies, iterate resource rules, upgrade user traffic lines, improve mall conversion efficiency, and be responsible for the overall mall DAU and transaction scale 2. BP Douyin Express Edition Douyin Mall promotion activities, establish a good coordination mechanism with the integrated marketing team, industry operations, product strategy, marketing and traffic products, promote the stable implementation of the project, and output differentiated marketing methods based on user terminal characteristics with products 3. Responsible for following up the implementation and overall review of the activity plan, analyzing and summarizing the project, and outputting reusable cases and methodologies in complex projects, have the ability to complete project guarantees, identify risks and solve problems, and be responsible for the overall results of the promotion.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of user operation experience, with mature platform e-commerce experience as a plus 2. Familiar with user analysis methods and operation ideas, and have mature product operation methodology 3. Have excellent language expression and communication skills, keen market insight, and good at analysis and summary 4. Have a sense of responsibility, excellent negotiation skills, good interpersonal relationship handling ability, and team spirit 5.
