Lead the full-link technology research and development of multiple key areas of TikTok's social interaction business 2. Work closely with cross-functional teams (product design, algorithms, data analysis, etc.), use their own technical capabilities and certain product and design thinking to influence, plan and decide on business development routes 3. Manage the full-stack team, identify and develop key talents, and optimize the team structure 4. Think deeply about various issues in the R&D process, promote the improvement of the team's R&D efficiency and engineering quality, and reduce the trial and error and decision-making costs of the XFN team 5. With good project management and coordination and communication skills, be responsible for the technical design and promotion of cross-organizational projects to ensure efficient delivery 6. With a global perspective and cultural inclusiveness, work closely with overseas business teams that are closer to the user market to assist in business decision-making and team management.
Qualifications
1. Have systematic thinking on system decoupling, server/client stability and performance optimization, strong ability to abstract problems and reuse experience, have judgment on full-stack technical solutions for complex business scenarios, and those with deep client technology are preferred 2. Have resilience, good communication and collaboration skills, have certain business perception and data and engineering driving capabilities, can make independent business judgments, and have social business experience is preferred 3. Have real-line multi-team management experience, can have a proactive impact on business development, and have overseas work/management experience is preferred.
