Responsible for the full life cycle management of large projects of the R&D team, able to manage and coordinate large projects/project sets/project portfolios, achieve established business goals within the specified time, and be responsible for project results able to measure project output and efficiency through quantitative/qualitative analysis 2. Responsible for the overall implementation of the technical team's horizontal projects, participate in and lead the planning, promotion and delivery of projects throughout the life cycle, and be able to manage and coordinate large projects/project sets/project portfolios 3. Understand the needs of each team, propose solutions and promote implementation, promote cross-team collaboration, and assist in the completion of key project management, process optimization, and implementation within and across teams. work 4. Undertake the project management support work of the department's key large-scale special projects, and ensure the high-quality and on-time delivery of key projects by applying project management professional skills and understanding of business and technology 5. Combined with the characteristics of the business and team, accumulate and precipitate project management experience, methodology, and team knowledge base, and empower the training team with project management related content to optimize the overall collaboration efficiency of the team and continue to abstract the general process/specification platform.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of relevant experience in management consulting/strategic research/project management/Internet product technology 2. Strong communication skills and able to adapt to fast-paced work 3. Be sensitive and curious about new things, good at learning, result-oriented, without boundaries, and have a strong sense of ownership 4. Be good at thinking deeply about problems, have excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, and have a good understanding of business 5. Bonus points: have a technical background, fluent in English, and hold PMP or Scrum certifications.
