As a technical project manager in the pan-architecture direction, you need to work with the TikTok pan-architecture team to be responsible for project planning and end-to-end delivery of related projects such as cost optimization, stability, engineering efficiency, experience and infrastructure 2. Work with cross-functional teams, including systems, infrastructure, video architecture, data platform, AML, recommendation and any other business teams to ensure that everyone has clear communication and collaboration, and support for project goals 3. Be responsible for the results of the project, prepare a project schedule, and ensure Set milestones track and report progress, identify and reduce risks, and eliminate obstacles continuously discover and analyze common problems in teams, businesses, and projects, and conduct risk management and process optimization 4. As a member of the PMO team (Project Management Office), design and implement project management processes and tools in combination with business and team characteristics, measure R&D and team collaboration efficiency through quantitative/qualitative analysis and continuously improve it, accumulate and precipitate project management experience and methodology, and team knowledge base to empower training teams on project management related content.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of relevant experience in project management/management consulting/product technology in the field of technology research and development, strong project control ability and project delivery professional ability 2. Strong communication skills (meet cross-department, cross-role, and cross-team communication), good ability to communicate and collaborate with others 3. English can be used as a working language, with good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills 4. Have a high sense of responsibility and strong stress resistance 5. Be sensitive and curious about new things, be good at learning, be result-oriented, have no boundaries, and have a strong sense of ownership 6. Bonus points: Have relevant business experience in infrastructure, front-end and back-end architecture, on-demand, live broadcast, etc. experience as a technical R&D engineer, familiar with relevant technologies such as mobile/web/server/big data/AI of Internet platforms have overseas or international project management work experience hold PMP or Scrum certifications.
