Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the total transaction amount and total commission income of urban transaction business 2. Enrich the source of new housing cooperation in the city, explore and establish alliances with developers, communicate cooperation conditions and business terms, and cooperate with local service providers to reasonably construct the number and gradient of urban cooperation housing projects 3. Coordinate the construction of urban sales, and through reasonable incentive strategies, coordinate with local service providers to integrate local talents and gather offline distribution forces to promote the continuous growth of urban sales 4. Assist the service provider management team to empower urban service providers, improve the service provider's ability to coordinate urban transactions, empower talents, etc. 5. Based on the team's existing experience and data analysis, reuse the business model to develop new cities, and build a gradient of sales and cooperation sources for the developed cities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in Internet transaction business or real estate industry, and experience in digital management of real estate companies or real estate channel companies is preferred 2. Strong self-drive and goal orientation, with systematic thinking, problem insight and problem solving capabilities 3. Possess industry analysis and summary capabilities, clear logic, and strong data analysis capabilities 4. Strong project operation capabilities, strong coordination and communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
