Job Description

An international law firm is seeking a junior Associate to join their real estate practice in Hong Kong. This role supports the firm on all real estate and conveyancing-related matters, including but not limited to corporate transactions, financing, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, licensing, building management issues, and sale and purchase deals for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience from an international law firm and be fluent in both Chinese and English. WS10647
