Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the functions, requirements and solution definition of real estate intelligent products, clarify the test environment requirements, ensure the smooth integration of products and system platforms, and be responsible for user experience and final product delivery 2. Research and track the industry dynamics, technology development trends and market changes of intelligent products, explore user scenarios, and develop solutions 3. Independently complete product planning, prototyping, process and interaction design, including requirements definition, concept design, project promotion, etc. 4. Coordinate and promote the internal R&D team and external partners to ensure that product development and launch are completed on time and with quality 5. Independently responsible for the implementation of pilot or small projects, and be able to play the role of project manager.
Qualifications
1. Have more than 3 years of work experience related to spatial intelligence, familiar with the overall system architecture of the Internet of Things, and have experience in the construction and development of IoT devices, systems, and networks. 2. Familiar with the product development process, able to independently formulate product specifications, and the execution plan for the entire life cycle of the product, such as prototype, pilot, testing, launch, and delivery 3. Have the ability to independently promote and manage projects, and have good communication, coordination and organizational skills 4. Have a high sense of product smell and user thinking, and have a strong perception of the needs of B-end users and the experience of C-end users 5. Good at capturing industry trends and market dynamics, with keen business sense and unique product insights, and able to discover new products/new directions based on needs 6. Fluent English communication, which can be used as a working language have work experience in foreign companies or multinational companies, and have experience in overseas project implementation is preferred.
