To perform all receptionist duties, provide an operator service to the company and ensure proper use of company's assets & facilities as assigned
Handles all the incoming telephone calls to the central line
Meet and greet all visitors, handles visitor ID card exchange & registration, and direct them to employee(s) required.
Ensure a well-organized shipment management for inbound and outbound parcels/packages handled different service such as courier, express, and post.
Coordinate the use of all meeting rooms, ensure that the front office areas to be cleaned and well-organized at all times.
Handles all incoming faxes and mails. Distribute it to the required parties.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of office utilities and respond to admin. to repair broken items.
Record and categorize the use of car rental, and update expense report when applying for expense.
Verify and prepare administration expenses reports such as water, electricity, car rental, telephone, stationery, photo, copy machine, business travel, and arrange to fix all damages
Handles office Newspaper and all incoming documents.
