Recommendation Strategy Product Manager (Beijing/Shanghai) - Douyin E-commerce

1. Responsible for instant retail recommendation strategy, based on user insights, supply and demand analysis, effectively communicate with algorithms, promote the upgrade of user experience and improvement of operational efficiency 2. Build relevant infrastructure, including but not limited to product understanding, user understanding, content understanding, and complete complex strategy design 3. Design relevant strategy and target evaluation system & method, complete the effect verification of different recommendation/search strategies and continuously optimize 4. Explore the integration scenarios of products and content, vertical scenarios, and innovative designs of marketing scenarios.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of recommended strategic product experience 2. Understand the business, have a good business vision and product insights, and have a good understanding of one or more of e-commerce, content, and shopping guides 3. Logically rigorous, agile thinking, self-driven, data-oriented, result-oriented, strong business perception is preferred.
