Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation of Douyin e-commerce recommendation strategy, able to understand live broadcast, short video, and product distribution strategies, optimize the matching mechanism of people, goods and places, and improve recommendation efficiency responsible for user activity, purchase and other indicators 2. Have a certain understanding of merchants and goods, be able to understand the operating characteristics of different industries, collaborate with the industry and merchant sides to seek industry-specific field solutions, and bring incremental business to the industry 3. Data-driven, based on the analysis of the current status of information flow data, user structure and portrait analysis, find user growth points and improve user discovery experience 4. Good user insight, can coordinate multiple resources to promote product updates and iterations.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in Internet search recommendation operations, with e-commerce platform product operation experience preferred 2. Understand the information flow recommendation products on the market and have good insight into user needs 3. Have strong data analysis awareness and ability, and be able to understand the user needs behind the data 4. Have strong active learning and implementation capabilities, and get the final results with business goals as the guide 5. Have strong empathy and communication skills, and be good at teamwork.
