Responsibilities
1. Explore work closely related to efficiency: 1) Participate in strategic research and promotion of human resource planning and human resource efficiency improvement 2) Be interested in or have project practice in the efficiency and quality of recruitment channels and processes 3) Be able to carry out capacity building and operation of recruitment groups (HR/managers): have good product thinking, do a good job in overall planning and implementation, and pay attention to detail research and iteration 2. Have good digital acumen and related capabilities: 1) Apply good data analysis and prediction capabilities to recruitment work, be able to make overall judgments and do detailed research 2) Find the key links between recruitment business and organizational capabilities from the data, establish an indicator system, innovate projects and operations, and solve recruitment problems 3) Regularly output recruitment business analysis reports based on data insights to provide reference and suggestions for key decisions.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of HR-related work experience, regardless of industry 2. Have worked in project operations of human resources-related modules (recruitment, training, culture, etc.), such as human resource planning, human efficiency analysis, etc. 3. Love recruitment work and are willing to do their best 4. Able to learn quickly: Willing to delve into open-ended problems, be curious about them, and be able to tenaciously and steadily promote the solution of related problems 5. Like to engage in analytical work and have strong logical ability.
