1. Responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment process management, deeply understand product operation business, grasp recruitment needs, and build an excellent talent echelon for rapidly developing domestic and foreign businesses 2. Responsible for the full process management of talent search, interviews, offers, and onboarding follow-up 3. Manage recruitment channels, such as headhunting channel management/recruitment website resource management 4. Responsible for recruitment related projects, such as talent map drawing, high-end talent recruitment, etc. 5. Analyze recruitment data and funnels to improve recruitment effectiveness 6. Recruit and train HR interns.

1. Bachelor degree or above, industry is not limited, and understanding of Internet functional positions is preferred 2. Good execution ability and promotion ability independent closed-loop recruitment experience, independent thinking and rapid learning ability 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving ability, high interpersonal sensitivity and professionalism, can have an influence on the business 4.
