Responsibilities
Team Introduction: Data AML is the machine learning platform of ByteDance, providing training and reasoning systems for recommendation/advertising/CV/voice/NLP for businesses such as Douyin/Toutiao/Xigua Video. It provides powerful machine learning computing power for the business departments within the company and studies some general and innovative algorithms for these business problems. At the same time, it also provides some core capabilities of machine learning/recommendation systems to external corporate customers through the Volcano Engine. In addition, AML is also doing some cutting-edge research in the fields of AI for Science and scientific computing. 1. Responsible for the whole process of recruitment management, deeply understand the business and talent portraits, grasp the recruitment needs, and select and match talents for the team with high quality and efficiency 2. Optimize the recruitment process, including but not limited to publishing recruitment information, resume screening, arranging interviews, offer communication, recruitment data analysis, etc., to effectively improve the recruitment input-output ratio 3. Develop and maintain recruitment channels, and make comprehensive use of various recruitment channels to quickly meet the company's talent needs 4. Responsible for recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment, talent map drawing, high-end talent recruitment, etc. 5. Project work and other work arranged by the department.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of recruitment experience, with technical position recruitment experience preferred 2. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence 3. Have a strong interest in recruitment, have self-motivation and certain stress resistance, and be willing to accept challenges.
