Responsibilities
1. Responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process management of ByteDance's recommendation architecture team, deeply understand the business, grasp recruitment needs, build an excellent talent team for the rapidly growing domestic and international recommendation business, and promote the design and development of the recommendation system architecture of ByteDance's related products 2. Responsible for the open source of hunting channels: use social media and professional network platforms to open source scarce talents participate in recruitment activities such as technical exchanges, industry conferences, etc. to establish a talent network 3. Responsible for controlling the efficiency of the entire recruitment process, effectively managing and optimizing recruitment channels through recruitment data analysis and presentation, and formulating recruitment strategies that combine the business characteristics of the recommendation architecture team 4. Responsible for formulating and implementing market talent search plans, conducting in-depth research on target industries for recommendation directions, identifying and tracking industry trends and changing trends in the talent market and providing support for the business team's phased decision-making through industry insight analysis.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of recruitment experience, those with experience in product development recruitment in recommendation/search/advertising/machine learning are preferred 2. Solid recruitment foundation: familiar with human resources knowledge, familiar with recruitment process, master recruitment skills, and can provide corresponding recruitment solutions according to different stages of business development 3. Excellent communication skills: Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to promote effective communication with people at different levels 4. Have industry insight: Can help provide multi-dimensional information input, including but not limited to market dynamics information in the same industry, key candidates, organizational structure, talent flow information, etc., and can empower the business side 5. Strong learning and iteration ability: When encountering problems, you can define key/difficult problems, find solutions, promote related parties to reach a consensus and solve the problems.
