Responsibilities
1. Support the entire talent recruitment process of the Feishu team, coordinate and implement the entire recruitment process in an organized manner, formulate/execute talent search and search plans, including but not limited to publishing recruitment information, resume screening, arranging interviews, offer communication, and waiting for employment management 2. Maintain close and effective communication with the business department, be familiar with the business employment standards and needs, and complete the recruitment tasks on time and in quantity 3. Pay attention to industry and market dynamics, and output effective market and talent analysis reports for the business team 4. Support open source and maintenance projects in the talent introduction stage, such as talent map drawing.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with relevant job recruitment, more than 5 years of experience in recruitment, both Party A and Party B are acceptable 2. Good recruitment operation ability and project execution promotion ability, able to identify and employ people from the perspective of career development, and match people with positions 3. Be able to listen, raise powerful questions, and promote solutions, have the awareness of abstract and systematic solutions to specific problems, and have high interpersonal sensitivity and influence 4. Love recruitment, have judgment, and be self-driven 5. Have Japanese communication skills, and those with Japanese market recruitment experience are preferred.
