Optimize the recruitment process, including but not limited to publishing recruitment information, resume screening, arranging interviews, Offer communication, recruitment data analysis, etc., to effectively improve the recruitment input-output ratio 3. Develop and maintain recruitment channels, and make comprehensive use of various recruitment channels to quickly meet the company's talent needs 4. Responsible for recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment, talent map drawing, high-end talent recruitment, etc. 5. Project work and other work arranged by the department.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of recruitment experience 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills and problem-solving skills, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence 3.
