Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the recruitment of basic and management positions in related business lines, screening resumes, updating recruitment needs and job postings 2. Responsible for telephone interviews and preliminary interviews, making preliminary control of job candidates, controlling the recruitment process, and tracking candidates intentions in a timely manner 3. Promote the implementation of corporate culture in business departments through projects, and ensure continuous promotion and operation 4. Actively cooperate with business departments to carry out cultural work, participate in the construction of cultural system, use various channels and forms to enrich and improve employees humanistic care, incentive and evaluation projects, and carry out cultural transmission.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in Internet recruitment and headhunting recruitment is preferred 2. Experience in activity program writing and corporate culture related work is preferred 3. Basic mastery of one or more production software such as PS, Premiere, AE, etc. 4. Organizational planning and project management capabilities are preferred, with a strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit, and project management skills such as coordinating resources, making plans, and assigning tasks 5. Cheerful and optimistic personality, affinity and appeal, with excellent interpersonal communication and language expression skills.
