What are we looking for
- Technical college degree (or equivalent) on business administration and/or SCM&logistics
- Min. 5 years of Supply Chain Demand & Supply Planning experience in Market and knowledge on Business Processes in specific area
- Rich experience on E2E planning and ERP systems (Any leading project experience is an advantage)
- Familiar with Petfood industry and S&OP+ management process
What will be your key responsibilities
Deploy, Standardization and CIP
- Deploy standard planning process designed by Global across markets/sites through leading business process assessments & follow up with Key Users to remove all non-foundation processes at all markets/sites.
- Leading Future Master (FM) and/or Planning System deployment project across markets as RFE to provide guide/support/consultation for markets to execute.
- Develop a test plan for any release / periodic change slots with relevant Key Users and work on issue resolution / escalation from their testing to minimize business impact & workload.
- Ensure the daily operational efficiency through first line functional support to Key Users
- Driving efficiency to deliver effective resolution of business challenges through the first line functional support to Key Users
- Support the development of APAC E2E Planning strategy and capability enhancement (Process, People, Systems) to deliver better performance
- Own and deliver approved small / medium size projects for specific area of expertise.
Key User Development and Animation
- Accountable to maintain the documentation of the Planning Business processes and supporting system transactions for their part of the Supply Chain.
- Support and develop defined Key User Planning community through contribution in all Key User meetings incl periodic TC's, COP and/or annual conferences.
- Provide appropriate Functional training to unit/site Planning Key Users
Regional Expert for planning aggregation
- Manage demand aggregation from all APAC markets to analyze and support strategical decision in S&OP+ (Incl. DMR FCST, R&O, Supply FCST, Supply network strategy, sourcing change, etc.)
- To manage well E2E forecasting consistent flow by FM in local sites as regional key expert
