About the Role As Regional HR Manager, you'll establish and lead HR operations across our Asia Pacific region, building a foundation for sustainable growth and impact. You'll develop our HR infrastructure from the ground up, hire and mentor talented HR professionals, and create strategies that align with our mission of advancing children's education.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Systems Development
- Design and implement comprehensive HR infrastructure aligned with our mission
- Develop standardized policies across regions while ensuring local compliance
- Lead the selection and implementation of HRIS to streamline operations
- Drive data-informed decisions through HR metrics and analytics
Talent & Team Building
- Build and lead high-performing HR teams across multiple countries
- Create and execute effective recruitment and onboarding processes
- Design and implement employee development programs
- Foster an inclusive, engaging work culture that attracts and retains top talent
Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws across Taiwan, Nepal, Philippines, and Malaysia
- Oversee regional compensation, benefits, and payroll operations
- Manage vendor relationships and outsourcing initiatives
- Develop risk management strategies to protect organizational interests
Requirements
Experience & Education
- 5-8 years HR management experience, including 3+ years in regional/multi-country roles
- Proven success building HR systems and teams from scratch
- Bachelor's degree required (HR/Business Administration); Master's preferred
- Knowledge of Asian labor laws and HR practices highly valued
Skills & Qualities
- Strategic mindset with strong project management capabilities
- Excellence in cross-cultural communication and relationship building
- Proficiency with HRIS and HR technologies
