Established in 2015 after the Gorkha earthquake in Nepal, we focus on ensuring every child has access to quality education. Our programs emphasize Educational Access and Quality Education, implemented locally to meet community needs. We also nurture young leaders and support NGO registration to create sustainable change.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Human Resources Manager at Calls Over Ridges in Taipei City. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing international recruitment and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws across multiple countries, developing HR policies, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and international HR policies
• Experience in fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Experience in the non-profit or education sector is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Master's degree is a plus
