Responsibilities
1. Deeply cultivate the ecological market in South China, and be able to establish regional market resources and implement regional market cooperation according to the market planning of the business development stage 2. Assist in expanding ecological partners with the end in mind, work back-to-back with the commercialization team, and plan and execute different types of marketing activities 3. Maintain regional customer acquisition data, conduct periodic analysis of the data and output insights result-oriented, conduct attribution summary and review of activity output from multiple aspects and formulate iterative plans 4. Bring incremental business through diversified marketing means (not limited to advertising, communication, BD, etc.) and build Feishu's influence.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, able to accept business trips, rich experience in marketing/BD/events/operations, and manufacturing background is preferred 2. Have good data analysis ability and insight, and understand B2B business model is preferred have rich experience in market activity execution, and can cooperate with business areas to locate target customers, 3. Strong organization and communication skills, good at coordinating internal and external teams to solve problems and achieve goals 4. Strong self-motivation and learning ability, curious about new things and industry trends, strong insight, good iterative thinking and learning thinking, good at reflection and review 5. Be passionate about market work, careful, patient, and pursue excellence, be able to focus on priorities in complex situations, deliver efficient and high-quality work results, have no boundaries, be willing to take responsibility, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
