Job Description:
- Regional Operation Manager for South East Asia countries, support & manage all operation teams across South East Asia in relation to travel arrangements for group tours. To ensure designated South East Asia offices across to execute the same working procedures and policies, meeting the company's expectations, system process enhancement and requirements.
- Ensure Company's policy/concept/guideline are well followed by all internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate, collaborate & train Operation Managers in South East Asia offices and ensure comply to company's policies & work processes.
- Working closely with relevant departments to review Operation process in the system.
- Keep working on enhancement in Operation system, optimizing cost and time efficiency per headcount.
- Working closely with Head of Operation and Asia Operation Centre (AOC) Manager, to ensure smooth transition and handover across all Asia & European Network offices.
- Work closely and provide advice to Operation Managers in designated South East Asia offices.
- Able to support other markets during high & low seasons.
- Provide good, valuable and workable solution to the Management from time to time, ensure the Operation works within MIKI keep up to the business & market growth.
- Possess good communication skills with Country Managers, sales teams and relevant departments. With positive mind-set to build the team, team-work and good leadership.
- Monitoring of cancellation deadline and cost control, all other necessary policy & processes.
- Knowledge sharing & training material with other colleagues.
- To take the initiative to support the Company on the performance evaluation for Operation team from time to time, to ensure the measurement and implementation is smooth. To consider all levels of operation employee's performance measurement is ready to use.
- Support & assist Head of Operation on all Company's related projects and tasks.
- Other jobs/task assign by the company.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Travel & Tourism studies or related disciplines.
- At least 10 years relevant working experience, of which at least 5 years managerial role.
- Essential attributes discretion, confidentiality, proactive, aggressive, creativity, innovative and diplomacy.
- Pleasant personality with a good interpersonal skill and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a high level of commitment and integrity.
- Able to multitask, creative & resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Good command of spoken and written English. 2nd language skill in Thai, Bahasa or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent organization and planning skills as well as finding solution.
