Job Description

Holloberg has partnered with established multinational solutions supplier providing chemical and lubricant related solutions. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead their commercial efforts in the Greater China. You will be managing a long list of existing accounts and also be responsible for growing the business in the years to come. You can be based anywhere in China and work from home majority of the time, with great company benefits including comprehensive insurance and 20 days leave.



Responsibilities:


  • Develop new accounts and grow existing customers for the company in Greater China through strategic prospecting, relationship building and solution-selling,
  • Develop qualified leads through networking, attending event and seminars, as well as face to face meetings across the region,
  • Sell products and solutions by establishing contact, developing relationship and proposing solutions to prospects, with complete understanding of solution benefits, features & pricing,
  • Take part in crafting regional sales strategy for the company,
  • Targeting clients in the following areas: petrochemical, oil majors, refineries, oil exploration etc.
  • Manage & grow assigned accounts by relationship building, challenging status quo, keeping track of business and market changes,
  • Manage existing accounts, up-sell and cross sell,
  • Providing feedback to management on product improvements or new product requirements,
  • Assist management in reporting, executing sales plans and performing other ad hoc duties.


Requirements:


  • Sales, business development and/or account management track record,
  • Experience in one of the following sectors: Chemical, Lubricants, Petrochemical, Heavy Machinery, Rotating equipment, Oil and Gas (upstream, exploration) or Refinery.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
