What's the role
Drive segmentation vision towards implementation and actively manage set-up and performance of sales and engineering territories across North Asia region (with offices in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea).
What does the role involve
- Provide thought leadership, fact base, and tools to facilitate senior management decisions on segmentation and sales territories set-up across North Asia region.
- Provide conceptual and operational support to markets in North Asia in translating regional segmentation vision into local segmentation vision.
- Drive strategic territory management by identifying new business opportunities, improving future territory set-up, and preparing investment decisions.
- Drive operational territory management by monitoring current territory performance and identifying underperforming territories as well as root causes.

Why should you apply
- Bachelor of Business Administration / Finance / Marketing / Engineering or related field master's degree is a plus.
- At least 3-5 years in sales and marketing, preferably experience with big data and segmentation.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English fluency in Japanese / Mandarin is a plus.
- Good combination of conceptual drive and pragmatic target orientation - strategic and analytical mindset and sound change management skills.
- Technically savvy in MS Office application especially Excel, Access, Macro, and PowerPoint and highly proficient in other data analytics tools.
- Numerical agility combined with a high level of accuracy and dedication to relevant details.
- Ability to translate business needs of customers and Hilti into criteria and KPIs for design, management and steering of territories.
- Ability to network extensively and communicate effectively across functions (e.g. sales, various marketing functions), management levels (e.g. General Managers and Sales Managers), and locations (e.g. Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Hilti corporate head office in Liechtenstein).
- Flexibility for occasional business travels internationally.
