Develop registration plans for biotech seed products in Taiwan by working with Supervisor, Registration Managers, Project Managers and Regulatory Science Team, and follow through on agreed course of action.
Prepare registration dossiers and responses to technical questions with high quality to ensure timely and cost-effective approval/registration of biotech seed products in Taiwan.
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory policies and data packages, anticipate changes and potential issues, and effectively communicate and work with Registration Managers, Project Managers and Regulatory Science Team to ensure all necessary studies are planned to meet requirements, and to track progress against agreed milestones.
Build up and sustain good working relationship with regulators and government officials.
Develop and maintain effective networks with value chains, including the industries and key stakeholders to coordinate communication and advocacy plans to ensure smooth grain trade in Taiwan.
Qualifications
PhD or MS in Plant Biotechnology or Biology related field, preferably Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
Good technical writing skills in Chinese and English.
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Professional experience of product registration, especially with agricultural biotech products, agrichemicals or food additives will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Must be available to travel as required (approximately 10% overseas).
