R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage project development progress.

2. Lead and control design changes and their progress.

3. Prepare project development-related documentation.

4. Verify supplier quality and communicate technical requirements (e.g., mold and raw material quality approval).

5. Coordinate and resolve project issues during trial production.

6. Design prototypes, create mold specifications and drawings.

7. Organize and lead pre- and post-trial production meetings.

8. Willingness to travel within Asia.

9. Priority given to candidates able to relocate to Vietnam.

Required Majors: Mechanical Engineering or related fields, Aerospace Engineering or related fields, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related fields

Languages: Mandarin- Intermediate, English- Intermediate

Work Experience: 1 years

Skills: AutoCAD, Pro/E

Work Location: Taipei / Vietnam
