Applications are invited for the appointment as Research Assistant I in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.:530494) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in social work, health, or a related social science discipline.Those with experience in quantitative data management and analysis, or experience in conducting intervention studies would have advantages. Applicants should also have a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work independently and collaboratively as a team.
The appointee will be involved in a woman's empowerment intervention research project and is expected to assist the principal investigator in all matters related to the implementation, data collection and management, administration, and data analysis of the project.
