Research Assistant II

Research Assistant II in the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences Education(Ref.: 530390) (to commence as soon as possible for 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join the Interprofessional Education and Collaborative Practice(IPECP) team. The successful candidate will contribute to our ongoing teaching and research activities.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in education, social sciences, psychology, or related disciplines
2. Prior experience and a strong interest in programme coordination and research are highly desirable
3. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
4. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and
6. Proficiency in research technique tools for conducting quantitative (e.g., SPSS/Stata) and qualitative (e.g., MAXQDA/NVivo) analyses would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct literature reviews relevant to the research project
2. Assist in data collection, ensuring accuracy and adherence to research protocols
3. Perform data analysis and management using appropriate software
4. Contribute to the preparation of project reports and research publications
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project implementation and
6. Fulfill other duties as assigned.
