Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to leasing team head in a well-organized and timely manner
  • Provide leasing administrative support in tendering process, document preparation, letter correspondences, record management, etc. for Terminal 2.
  • Provide support in daily operation including meeting coordination, permit applications, site inspections, etc.
  • Perform daily property management duties including monitoring of licensees performances, report compilation, enquiries handling etc.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year of work experience in sizeable organizations
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred.
