Duties
  • What will you be doing
  • Be a store-in-charge to manage day-to-day operation
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs, operational efficiency and compliance
  • Lead, supervise, and train the team to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
  • Pay attention to business environment & feedback to management to improve sales performance and standard of operational excellence

Requirements
  • What we are looking for
  • F.7 or above, or with minimum 7 years experience in telecom industry of which 3 years at supervisory level
  • Self-motivated, out-going, energetic, organize, interpersonal and leadership person
  • Inspires others with a positive and caring attitude
  • Customer-oriented, hard working with an energetic personality
  • Proficient in spoken and written English / Mandarin / Cantonese
