Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the product operation of the commercial system agent service platform (covering agent signing, customer follow-up, business processes and other business processes), including business insight/demand mining/demand docking/promoting online launch/promoting use/value exploration, etc., and responsible for user use and mental cultivation 2. Complete the internal/external packaging and publicity of the platform product capabilities through multiple channels and forms, and continuously improve the usage rate and depth of use of target users 3. Monitor and analyze product data, set up and observe indicators such as coverage, usage rate, ease of use, and satisfaction of each module, discover, analyze, and improve product usage pain points, and promote the continuous improvement of CRM platform functions and enhance user experience 4. Collaborate with R&D and cooperation departments to deeply explore the scenarios, links, and methodologies of business departments in business analysis and diagnosis scenarios, conduct thematic analysis, provide decision-making and business support for product iteration, explore optimization factors, and continuously improve the intelligence of CRM products.
Qualifications
1. 3 years or more of product operation experience, with advertising-related business or tool product experience preferred 2. Be sensitive to business needs and have demand management capabilities, be able to deeply understand the application of data capabilities in business, and measure business value 3. Be good at communication and expression, have a strong sense of purpose, be patient, and be willing to constantly try and summarize in order to achieve long-term goals 4. Have strong driving force, be good at coordinating resources, and have a strong sense of upstream and downstream business linkage. Have the ability to communicate, collaborate, and integrate resources across departments, and be able to solve complex problems.
