Job description
- Conduct customer transaction-related activities, including handling customer inquiries, managing loans, deposits, FX, customer onboarding, change of bank registration, and KYC duties
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely processing of customer transactions
- Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in exploring and maintaining strong customer relationships, as well as gathering information to support new business opportunities
- Train and guide new joiners to facilitate their smooth integration into the role
- Cross-sell the bank's products and services, such as expanding deal amounts and diversifying deposits, loans, and FX
- Streamline operational workflows
- As a senior associate, coach, lead, and monitor the performance of other RM Assistants
Requirements
- University Degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant banking experience preferably in corporate banking sector
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and operations
- Customer-orientated, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs
- Fluency in English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus
