Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Incoming RMA packages login, receiving.
- Open RMA packages and perform physical and visual inspection.
- Keeping track of return record and follow up on related process with vendors.
- Communicate with vendors for updates and solutions on new and pending issues.
- Review and process RMA request, and check status for customers.
- Handling shipping process for RTV packages.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness at receiving dock and warehouse at all time
- Assist in parts transferring in between departments and buildings.
- Maintain daily reports and documents handling.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Detail oriented and good time management.
- Independent person and also a strong team player.
- Customer relations experience.
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Fluent in English.
- Computer components knowledge
