We are seeking a dynamic APAC Territory Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and ensure effective execution of global marketing strategies across the APAC region.
- Strategic Marketing Execution: Provide clear guidance to ensure all APAC countries execute global marketing strategies correctly and timely, including the allocation of marketing budgets and discussion of marketing plans with branch offices.
- Market Analysis and ROI Optimization: Understand the market landscape and user behavior in each country; guide branch offices to maximize the ROI of marketing resources to reinforce ASUS brand awareness and preference.
- Synergy and Best Practices: Share best practices with branch offices to create marketing synergy, and analyze market activities to assist ASUS headquarters in fine-tuning marketing strategies.
- CRM and Performance Management: Implement and manage CRM marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, and track and review the execution performance of each branch office.
- Gaming Ecosystem Familiarity: Familiarity with the global gaming ecosystem is a plus, and experience in gameplay or gaming marketing in the industry is advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in marketing with a strong background in business, marketing or related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt and evolve strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Interpersonal Skills: Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
