Summary of Position
To achieve the swine sales objective and implement the sales plan by well territory management and collaboration with local distributors. To promote the swine product portfolio to maximize the business opportunity in the territory.
Major Activities and Responsibilities
1. Achievement of sales target:
- Attain set sales targets through canvassing and promotional/merchandise activities with swine local distributors and key customers where applicable.
- Proactively identify the needs of the customers by frequently farm visits, recommend appropriate MAHs portfolio, and create the market demand.
- Collaborate with swine business unit team for the assigned projects where applicable.
2. Territory management:
- Manage local distributors to achieve sales target by optimize use of internal resources of marketing and technical within approved territory expense limits.
- Communicate and deliver the company policy and guideline to local distributors or the customers.
- Provide regular after-sales service and on-site technical service to solve customer's problem.
3. Territory sales planning: analyze sales potential by customer segments and channels, allocate resources accordingly and constructively plan time and Company vehicle usage.
4. Market intelligence: Competitors and market intelligence collection and reporting to support the swine business plan and marketing plan.
5. Customer relationships: maintain and develop professional relationships with the key customers, distributors, and local KOLs. Deal with customer complaints and problem solving to support the business.
Background Requirements
Min bachelor diploma in veterinarian medicine or animal science.
At least 6 years experience as sales rep, technical service, or farm management in swine industry.
At least 4 years experience in swine industry with veterinary license with professional in swine is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese; Good oral and written communication capability in English.
Has driving license and willing to travel frequently and work in the field independently.
Will be based in south parts of Taiwan.
