Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s strategic growth plans
  • Raise the brand's full product portfolio awareness through delivering company and product presentations
  • Strong focus on building pipeline
  • Implement effective sales targets and actively seek new specifiers
  • Manage customer expectations and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner (sales ordering processing, schedule sharing, go to customer portal when needed)
  • Proactively work with the team to resolve client issues such as account queries, lost business etc.
  • Joint accountability for team direction & productivity - Work both individually and with colleagues to achieve company strategy objectives, targets, and goals
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts

Qualification

  • Solid experience in software and telecommunication service sales from vendor or SI, especially in the industrial parks or high-tech manufacturing industries (ex: semiconductor)
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with excellent planning and presentation skills
  • Managing sales process end to end
  • Experience of using a CRM system would be a plus
  • Availability to travel as needed
