Raise the brand's full product portfolio awareness through delivering company and product presentations
Strong focus on building pipeline
Implement effective sales targets and actively seek new specifiers
Manage customer expectations and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner (sales ordering processing, schedule sharing, go to customer portal when needed)
Proactively work with the team to resolve client issues such as account queries, lost business etc.
Joint accountability for team direction & productivity - Work both individually and with colleagues to achieve company strategy objectives, targets, and goals
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Qualification
Solid experience in software and telecommunication service sales from vendor or SI, especially in the industrial parks or high-tech manufacturing industries (ex: semiconductor)
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with excellent planning and presentation skills
