Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with the business team to formulate sales performance appraisal policies, be responsible for the implementation of the appraisal plan, calculate sales performance results, track the issuance of incentives, and ensure that the incentive policy is effectively implemented regularly review performance results and optimize sales incentive policies 2. Be responsible for product price management, and coordinate with product, business and other relevant departments to complete market research before the launch of new products, product profit and loss accounting, and formulate pricing strategies price management, operation and maintenance of the entire life cycle of new products after the launch of new products 3. Online sales operation process, optimize the existing sales operation process related work, promote the relevant departments to complete the online process of related processes, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of business analysis/sales management and operation related work experience, preferably with smart hardware related experience 2. Sensitive to business and data, with good analytical skills, able to work with multinational teams, data-driven decision-making ability, maintain professional judgment and win the trust of business parties and partners 3. Excellent communication (oral communication and writing) skills, good at handling multi-threaded work, and can do a good job of priority management and time management 4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), and proficient in at least one BI tool.
