Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for key customers, aligning with the team's annual objectives and targets.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor sales and promotional activities, including events.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning the company as the preferred business partner.
  • Identify and capitalize on potential growth opportunities by leveraging the company's robust product portfolio and professional services.
  • Negotiate customer contracts in line with the company's overall sales strategy.
  • Manage volume and profit, ensuring effective value management within the channel.
  • Stay updated on channel trends and market developments, recommending actions to maintain leadership and success.
  • Oversee team operations and coordinate sales activities for assigned customers.
  • Enhance team capabilities and coach sales team members in daily operations.
  • Address payment collection issues effectively.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong networking abilities, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Experience in people management is a plus.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Goal-oriented, customer-focused, driven, passionate, collaborative, and independent.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and Chinese (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, including IP addresses, firewalls, and antivirus settings.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
