What you have to do

  • Implement the sales strategy outlined by the Head of Sales for the Taiwan market, aligning your work and efforts with the company's overall sales objectives and targets
  • Take ownership of assigned sales targets and deliver effective solutions to close deals and achieve sales targets. Ensure customer satisfaction and closely collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Proactively analyzing the technical requirements of customers to generate sales leads and build solid pipelines for business development through various channels such as referrals, industry trade shows or events, and networking
  • Identify industries that could benefit from automation and establish strong customer relationships by understanding their challenges, promoting the advantages of warehouse automation solutions, and addressing any concerns or objections they may have
  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and budgets to monitor sales performance, track progress towards targets, and provide actionable insights to the supervisor. Use data-driven analysis to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement, innovation, and potential market disruptions, and proactively adjust sales strategies as needed

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the Taiwan market with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the Taiwan market, including customer behaviors, competitor activities, cultural nuances, and business practices. Previous experience working in the logistics, warehouse automation, or related field is highly desirable
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored for local customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a general level of proficiency in English, enabling effective engagement with customer, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet customers, attend industry events, participate in company training, etc.
