Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team in performing sales administration tasks and providing exceptional customer service, including addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to uphold high standards of customer service and ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Initiate and drive new projects within operations, focusing on problem-solving to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Supervise daily operations and monitor team performance.
  • Support operational execution and planning for sales lead assignments within the sales information system across various teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the digital media or e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of payment integration, online media, and the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills mature, pleasant, and well-organized.
  • Ability to analyze problems and issues, making sound logical decisions and plans.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Chinese typing.
