1. Process and follow up on purchase orders
2. Maintain and update the list of open orders
3 . Maintain customer information and be responsible for some designated projects
4. Cooperate with the logistics team to ensure that orders are shipped on time
5. Directly handle customer distribution centers (DC) related matters and work with the sales team to collect potential issues from the distribution center
