Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the service provider business of Dongchedi, according to business goals and needs, including but not limited to promoting the output of solutions and promoting their implementation, and responsible for the operational efficiency of service providers 2. Responsible for formulating service provider management and control rules such as service provider access, assessment incentives, rating rights, etc., to improve the operational efficiency of service providers, and to control and evaluate the quality and delivery results of service providers 3. With the goal of improving business efficiency and operational effectiveness, through the analysis of business data, combined with the actual business situation, insight into business problems and put forward feasible suggestions and optimization plans 4. Discover potential risks through daily work, integrate and analyze various audit issues, put forward rationalization suggestions, optimize the audit process, optimize audit tools, iterate the system, and improve the audit efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in process optimization, sales operation management, strategy or business analysis, etc., with relevant experience in the automotive industry preferred 2. Have self-driving ability, excellent problem-solving ability, can analyze and solve problems independently, have sufficient thinking and judgment on problems, and promote solutions efficiently, and have strong communication, coordination and stress resistance 3. Have data analysis ability, proficient in Excel/PPT and other office software 4. Have operational ability and rich team collaboration experience in previous work experience, can output standard methodology, or get better results through the optimization of operating tools and processes.
