Sales Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Implement, support & execute standardized sales management processes
• Drive Revenue and Design Win Tracking/Forecasting in collaboration with the Sales team and Sales Operations Team globally
• Monitor Target Setting and Controlling
• Deploy and communicate Distribution Programs
• Drive Customer Facing Projects such as being the NPS champion
• Expense management - T&E control and regional budget management
• Commission Plan administration
• Chief of regional sales Staff activities

What you will need

Hard Skills

• Sound acumen in working with and interpreting numbers
• Strong Computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant systems e.g. SAP and ModelN and relevant EDI protocols e.g. RosettaNet
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English

Soft Skills

• Strong, confident and clear communication skills
• Ability to deal with different personalities (also push back on things)
• High dependability, be there to support the business
• Team mentality, hands-on mentality and service-oriented mindset
• Result-oriented and analytical skill set
