Position Summary
The incumbent is responsible for semiconductor relative customers, management & development business opportunities to achieve company sales goals & objectives in Taiwan
Requirements
Education /
An advanced degree (M.S. / Ph.D.) in Material Science, Physics, or Engineering related discipline.
Experience /
- Understand the semiconductor electronic industry market in Taiwan and possess the ability to conduct market analysis and customer analysis.
- Strategic thinking, capable of pre-planning phased work objectives and reliably completing tasks.
- Optimistic and proactive, skilled in collaborating with others.
- Not required, but familiarity with microscope (OM, SEM, 3D X-ray) inspection is preferred, particularly in the fields of semiconductor,like as MA( Material Analysis), FA (Failure Analysis)...
- Possessing over 5 years semiconductor sales experience years.
Other skills /
Excellent interpersonal communication, team player, self motivated, strong analytical skills, and fluent in Chinese and English
Main Tasks
- Serve Semiconductor clients, follow market business mechanisms to sell product's value to customers.
- Know customer workflow and company product's features/ advantage to come out solution and fit in customer need.
- Complete quotation with product configurations, specifications, acceptance criterias to close orders and have account receivable collection on schedule.
- Maintain good relationship with regular customers.
- Explore and create market demand in semiconductor electronic industry.
- Meet or exceed sales annual targets to have company business growth.
- Keep updating customer's application and marketing competition to BU.
- Maintain business data and project status on CRM
